Main Methods:
Combine all the ingredients into a paraat/ kneading bowl and knead to make a soft dough, using warm water.
Initially add less water, gradually add later if required.
Let this dough rest for 10 mins and be covered with a damp cloth.
Make pedha with that dough for roti.
Flatten the pedha into a round shape with the help of a rolling pin roti.
Cook the rotis on a hot Tawa , Until both sides are golden brown, on a slow to medium flame.
Basting both sides of roti with ghee.
Serve hot with pickle and a dollop of ghee on top.
