Burani raita is a garlic-infused creamy yogurt preparation with a hint of salt and other Indian spices. It goes very well not only with any kind of rice preparation like biryani’s, pulao’s and Tehri’s but moreover even with Phulkas and kebabs. this raita is not only different from regular raita’s but also refreshing and full of flavors too. It’s all-season raita. Biryani’s served with Burani raita and Mirchi ka Salan are truly amazing combinations.
